Terms of ServiceAs the artist, I:
- Maintain the right to turn down commissions, especially due to triggering topics, unreasonable deadlines, or rude behavior from the client.
- Maintain the right to post artwork, including commissions, as advertisement or example work. However, I will keep commissioned work watermarked to avoid theft of paid pieces. Art with sensitive or personal subject matters are exempt and will not be posted upon request.
- Maintain the right to set boundaries on what I draw.As the client, you:
- May not profit off the work I make for you.
- Must credit/link me when posting the art publicly.
- May crop, resize, or edit the images.
- May request small or minor edits to the finished piece; redraws, large edits, and recolors will cost extra. Please communicate what you want with me and speak up before the art is finished!
- Must follow through with payment, even if the art wasn't what you envisioned; you are paying for labor, it is not on me if what you wanted drawn was not articulated well enough on your end.★ Payment Guidelines
Due to a scamming incident, I will ask for the payment upfront. However, I'm willing to be flexible and accept half beforehand and half once the piece is done; in these cases, I will watermark the final piece and remove it once payment is fully complete.
